Degraded concrete.
When the concrete surface shows no degradation, a protective coating is applied.
The protective coating ResinFIP COAT PU 370 EL must always be applied after the concrete substrate has been treated with the special primer ResinFIP Primer 371 indicated for dry substrates with a maximum moisture content of 4%, in the absence of capillary rising damp, 0.15 ÷ 0.30 kg/m2 the theoretical consumption varies depending on the roughness of the substrate.

Deep degradation
When the surface of the concrete shows deep degradation, the reinforcement rods are treated and the missing parts are reconstructed by pouring medinte cassaro, then two coats of paint are applied.

BetonFIP FLUID REINFORCED
Restoration by bonding with formwork with cement mortar, pre-mixed, pourable, expansive in air, fibre-reinforced with rigid steel fibres, ductile, high flexural strength, resistant to aggressive environmental agents, designed to restore, repair, reinforce concrete structures. It does not require the application of contrast reinforcement.

ResinFIP FLUORUR COAT
Application of two coats of paint with a film-forming protective system with a fluorinated polyurethane resin finish to protect concrete structures from the aggression of environmental agents and de-icing salts. It can be applied by brush, roller or spray using an airless system, creating a film-forming coating that forms a barrier to the ingress of aggressive substances.
The protective system includes:
• ResinFIP PRIMER 391 primer silossanico in emulsione acquosa, antisale, trasparente;
• ResinFIP COAT AC PU 392 two-component, water-based, acrylic-polyurethane primer intermediate coat, coloured;
• ResinFIP COAT F PU 390 two-component, grey-coloured, fluorinated polyurethane resin-based top coat.
