What it is used for

BetonFIP PASSIVANTE is used to passivate the reinforcements of concrete structures, eliminating the risk of corrosion phenomena, which are the most frequent cause of the deterioration of concrete structures.
BetonFIP PASSIVANTE is used to protect reinforcements with a low iron cover, thus increasing the service life of the structure.

Characteristics

BetonFIP PASSIVANTE is a green, single-component, polymer modified cementitious mortar, containing corrosion inhibitors, to be used to protect reinforcements from corrosion.
BetonFIP PASSIVANTE keeps the reinforcement bars in a high pH environment, which is essential to prevent corrosion phenomena.
BetonFIP PASSIVANTE has the CE marking with accreditation system 2+ (certificate no. 1305-CPR-1156) and it meets the requirements and acceptance limits of Standard UNI EN 1504 part 7.
