Riccardo Losi

Born in Rome on 19 November 1967, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at La Sapienza University of Rome in 1992. He has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome since 1994 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 1999. He is co-founder of 'Studio Losi, Cantore, Calabrese - Dottori Commercialisti', which is a member of 'Polo Consulting S.r.l. tra Professionisti'. He has held numerous positions at the above-mentioned professional association, both locally and nationally, as well as academic positions at La Sapienza University in Rome. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Chair of Auditing, Deontology and Professional Technique at the Department of Business and Management of the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and has been a member of Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of various companies, including companies of the Novelli Group, Sacci Cementi Group and Ericsson Group.

He has also been a member of the 'Technical Committee for the Revision of the Principles of Conduct of the Board of Statutory Auditors at Listed Companies' and has been registered in the roll of CTUs (Technical Consultants) of the Ordinary Court of Rome as well as in the lists of conciliators and arbitrators at Consob.
